  • 3 medium Ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup, packed Brown sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
