Soups & Stews
Soups are liquid dishes, typically served warm, made by simmering ingredients such as vegetables, meat, poultry, or fish in stock or broth. Stews are similar but generally have less liquid and larger pieces of solid ingredients, often cooked slowly over a longer period to develop rich flavors. Both can be hearty and nourishing, and they come in a wide variety of styles and flavors, from light and clear broths to thick and creamy concoctions.
